Hello from a Skagit/Whatcom county native and outdoor enthusiast! Raised amidst the stunning landscapes of our region, my love for nature fuels my commitment to health and well-being. Inspired by the endless amounts of outdoor activities in the region, I’ve developed an active treatment philosophy. When not in the clinic, you’ll find me exploring trails on my mountain bike, searching for powder in the mountains, throwing barbells around in the gym, or hanging out with my dog Norman. My passion for these activities shapes my distinctive approach to physical therapy. I believe in a proactive, fitness-forward therapy style, aiming not only to alleviate discomfort but to empower you to regain strength, flexibility, and resilience. Whether you’re an athlete, mountain biker, skier, or simply want to move better, my goal is to get you back to the activities you love. In the clinic, I prioritize building strong connections with my patients, and actively involving you in your rehabilitation journey.
