His approach is to step up to the plate and knock any problem out of the park. Jake proudly and unselfishly holds several accolades as an all-star Little Leaguer and select basketball player. With the support of his father and mother, Chris and Kaylee, and sisters, Taylor and Addison, Jake is able to continue his home run streak with each round of chemo, surgery, and rehabilitation appointments over the next year.
